How much should I post on social media?

We get asked this a lot. The answer –

As much as you can consistently post quality content and when it’s worth it!

Posting too infrequently may lead to your audience forgetting about you and we don’t want that.

BUT posting too much, you may becoming that utter nuisance that they dread seeing and we definitely don’t want that either.

Find a happy medium, put out content that is useful, interesting and relevant. Make it worth it for your followers and yourself.

Quality content is what you need. Your post has to be worth it.
